@Randy Bloch- The people that wrote the proposal put May 1st but obviously didn't understand how the rules/voting work on a charter change. 

Hi Cody,Belmar is a great shore town with so many fine restaurants, boating, charter boat fishing, parasailing, bike rentals and a 3 mile long beach.

Standard Charter Bank is getting into storage and transactions, PayPal is offering crypto purchases and are seeing higher than expected demand and are rushing to rollout the global offering.

It MIGHT be something to do with their charter. 

Sometimes, their charters even restrain them from deploying more stringent terms, that being said there are some wholesale companies out there that im aware of that would entertain this deal.

Also a lot of the renters in the particular area im buying are foreign families (Korean, Polish, Hispanic etc.) due to a charter school a block away and a public school 5 blocks away.
