Have not done any business with them but did have a sit down with the owners last June when I made a brief visit to Cleveland .. and was impressed with their knowledge definitely seasoned players in the space.

Shortcut your learning curve by learning from experienced players who do what you want to do. 2.)

You can make more money with a CD if you dont know what you are doing.

Telling my son who wanted to be a professional football player that he would never be a pro football player didn't go over well either. 

I believe a google search yielded the largest management players and a few conversations with them gave me a good idea of how everything worked, though things are hazy now as it's been over a year.

me personally after owning a few hundred doors in jackson MS that were as you describe C D 80% equity to me is no equity.. so again to me is this your life calling.. ??

They would tire of all those CD's and some grandmas had rentals too.
