It's better to invest into insulation and possibly a new HVAC system than solar.How do you survive using just a flip-phone and not a smart phone?

Also client is not responding to phone calls/emails.In the mean time, what else can I do to remedy the situation?

As I think through it, I wouldn't expect a super high accuracy of the phone numbers and email addresses.

Create a list (you can download a csv from your phone) of ALL of your contacts.2.

Just frustrating since I was not there and didn't agree to that term and if I saw it would have canceled the closing, and I think the loan officer could have assumed as much since much of our phone conversations surrounded investing and rentals. 

Per our phone call the other day, I use RealizePM to manage 24-units and I'm a big fan!

However, I would get an out of the blue phone call about once a month from someone saying that they'd put up some money if we wanted to go in on a property together.
