You'll need good contact info for them to be able to collect, and ideally the new address for the tenant however which if you don't have can probably be found easily with some online sleuthing/ contacting their employer, skip tracing software, etc. 

Do you know what address location for GA and how you got this info.

You need to contact the lender to make arrangements in addressing the delinquency.  

Even after guests book and pay their message system blocks out e-mail addresses and phone numbers, so I'm left resorting to spelling out my phone number in odd ways to get around it.

I am coming near the end of this project and have already started plugging in some new addresses to run comps and get a jump on the ARV calculations to improve my experience going forward.

I just wanted to see if anyone has any idea on how to separate them by addresses?

It could be that you sent an email to an incorrect email address.
