Cosmetic rehab- Remodel bathroom, kitchen, flooring, trim, doors, paint.

Some carpenters will come and install all doors/trim molding, and leave every nail hole visible.

Unless you're truly doing a cosmetic only update (paint, flooring, trim, landscaping, etc.) don't take this short cut. 

Trimming is temporary but roundup kills the root of your problem.  

The window itself will probably be $150 or so, a little bit of caulk, spray foam insulation and some touch up paint (if the window trim is painted, and you can replace them in about an hour each.

Cheap cabinets on the walls, seemingly random light fixtures on the ceiling, hair wedged behind and under the baseboard trim, plumbing everywhere, etc. 3) Hershey has grown a ton in the 30 years since I first visited the area.

Big difference between trimming fat, and dissection. 

@Ryan Judah In my area unless the tree is dead they usually just trim off the offending branches of lop off 10’ from the top or whatever is in the way of the power lines.

Do they like white walls with black trim, or colorful feature walls?
