Keep in mind the amount of equity that comes along with it:This is absolutely what I love most about DIY (that sense of personal fulfillment/accomplishment).

That alone can cause the self fulfilling prophecy effect.You should be happy though, there will be more for you to snap up :-) I have sat the sidelines since last December (but purchased >$4m worth in December) and currently will only enter for a great deal or great value add.  

If the owner is being advised by her legal counsel that selling the property would relieve her of whatever obligation she isn't currently fulfilling,  it is very likely due to the fact that said obligation would then be the responsibility of the new owner. 

You should do your part too to try to fulfill the terms of the original rental agreement.

Landlords that are blatantly violating the law (slumlords, sexual harassment, violence, etc.). 

When I teach, I get a sense of fulfillment.

Utah based fulfillment companies are probably a billion dollar industry.. you got that right. 

Like I said, I like going to these kinds of events, and so I try to keep track and see if they fulfill their promises.

It's the proverbial "self fulfilling prophesy"!!!
