Despite numerous other incidents like almost losing an eye to a flying hammer, nearly losing a member of our trusty team to a fall off the second story while attempting to hand lift a 20 foot steel I-beam, and failing relations with my partner over the next year, we finally got the place dried in.

For the past 5 years I've been earning the same 15% return in syndications and not having to lift a finger... also not getting the additional return from mortgage pay-down but still making more money than most make in the stock market and getting all the tax benefits of real estate.

If you cannot, then you will either need to learn more for a future success or invest in a fund that has the experience to get your money performing so that your money is working for you without you having to do that "heavy lifting"!

I might mention that if you have properties and rent to students please remember alot of them (not all) have victorian, ton weight, antique furniture that has been handed down and all try to move each piece with a relative who may or may not be familiar with how to lift much less carry furniture up and down stairs.

I think this one comes back very fast in the event we see curbs lifted on global travel.

Certainly it has lifted  resolve to soldier on with real estate business choosing to ignore the negative voices & sticking to my goals & purpose. 

Any other action will be way more time, energy, effort, and stress than you should be expending over something that could be solved with 2 minutes of lifting and walking.
