Also as a tip if you get all of this checked quick you can get your modular plan picked out and go through planning to see if there is going to be resistance to your build and even get permits to almost to be ready to break ground before releasing contingency and having to start paying interest payments on your construction loans.

So from their POV the property performs even better as they do not care about any forced savings for maintenance/capex/vacancy.I recommend coming prepared with all of your rental property information documented in a clear and concise manner to present to your lender when you want to get pre-approved for your primary residence.If you get resistance from a lender...find a different one.Cheers!
