When I get an invoice from the Plumber, I update my Maintanence Case to include the Invoice, then pay my Plumber via electronic payment (normally Zelle) to his Account.The money is withdrawn immediately from the Building's Operations Account via Zelle and deposited immediately to the Plumber's Account.I don't write checks anymore.
