I just ordered Rich Weese's book. I

I love that it is just the facts and there are no elusive upsells.The book is called LOW RISK INVESTING WITH FLORIDA TAX CERTIFICATES.

@Anitra Sanders, someone else recommended that book, I think I'm going purchase the book and read it.  

This is a technique recommended in the book I mentioned.

Let me start of my stating, "to each is his/her own" so your question is a tad subjective.With that said, I see investors taking down deals with all-ins above 80%, which in my book is crazy.

Hi Trevor,  An awesome intro book is The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller.  

The latest advanced tax book is very good.As far as accounting;   maybe if you out sourced taxes would the time spent punching numbers into QB make sense. 

I am still talking to experts on how to go about the publishing and marketing of the book. I

Please tell me what I'm missing, because in my opinion the book is just awful.
