I then spent months training her how to search titles of foreclosures my way (even chief title officers don't always know the ins and outs of buying at an auction).To make matters worse, many title searchers these days have spent their entire careers searching title using a title plant where they punch in the AP number or address and the system spits out a report showing the liens on title.
