Brush up on building code requirements: in basements you're looking for egress windows that are 5.7 sq feet or more openable (3ft by 3ft casement style windows work best), and ceiling heights 6ft 8 inches or greater (as little as 6 ft 4 inches is ok under ductwork and beams though)2.

For all, we prefer tiling the tub surround with 6 inch square white ceramic tiles.For counter tops, laminate is our standard.

Purchase price: $300,000 Cash invested: $75,000 I bought this new SFH as I exited from a duplex property and used the 1031 exchange to put all the proceeds to this new SFH.By the time I bought this house the interest rates started inching towards 5%.I got the 30 year mortgage and currently I am paying about 1700/month for mortgage/taxes/insurance and getting a rent of about $2100 per month.

drunk and fell off a 3 story veranda that kind of thing.A developer I worked for in Lake Co ca I was the broker on his project he had a lake front one.. and some dude drunk decided to dive off the 3 story veranda.. well clear lake at certain times of the year is not clear at all.water was only about 18 inches deep he went head first... and while did not die was injured and well you can guess the rest..
