2nd - aside from being bullet proof (and bazooka shells bounce off nicely as well), They can stand up to a Cat 5 Hurricane And Tornado, are fire resistant & flood resistant, and the walls don't tumble down in an earthquake - Also - wood destroying insects and mold don't give a hoot about 16 gauge corten steel - makes the insurance companies REALLY happy!
