I buy wipers & spark plugs & brakes online & any other part I can & use local mechanics who work from their homes or an occasional shop for oil change, etc.

If anything, due to fear, rates will continue to climb down, and that will spark interest from home buyers.

It had made an amazing transformation in many neighborhoods. 

The only maintenance I had to do was oil change, spark plugs and tires.

Great replies, I'd have to say since I started in this field I've caught myself being stuck in two minds, Of loving the idea of passive income and the awesome ways that real estate can create and spark that.
