If you are over leveraged then you can lose your shirt.

Many home hackers often lose their shirt over extending themselves.

That seems very low to me considering the engineering stamps, structural work and crane needed to build them.

Depending on the county, the NOD may be filed and date stamped as the recording date, one day but it may take several days for it to actually be entered and viewable in the computer system.

So a first shirt/CC have a strong card to play when it comes to timely bill payment.
