Let's consider some other adjectives like "persistent," "determined," "driven," "motivated." 

Nothing happens on the fly, its almost always years of persistence, knowledge, experience and new habits that drive big change.

Not looking for deals either :)I also have no debt outside of my persistent behavioral problem with AMZN.

Persistence and grit are something that really pay off in RE guess really anywhere :) 

It has been a hard start for sure but I truly believe that hard work pays off....I can't wait for the day when Im successful and can mentor some young lad and teach him the value of hard work and persistence.

Persistence is the key to success!  

Others are either lazy or too frightened to figure this real estate thing out.Reminds me of my favorite quote:Ray Kroc, the guy responsible for McDonald's growth: "Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.

I know I'm not a millionaire yet but I think the foundations that make up the character of a wealthy person is persistence.

Those people could have used some more persistent naysayers in their lives to question what they are doing. 

Massive action and creativity in finding motivated sellers of all sorts of Real Estate, along with persistence, will continue to be the name of the game.
