I stopped watching fixer upper and deleted all episodes from my DVR when they tried to say that putting in 3 gfi outlets was a $800 cost.  

If you're just using some of the features, then you may need something more suited to those features.For hosting you have a few outlets depending on the purpose of your sites. 

I basically want to know what outlets i use or call or whater to cover my own a$$?

The apartment got all new floor coverings, all new paint, new electrical switch/outlet covers, new curtain rods, new blinds, some new lighting fixtures, some new plumbing fixtures, furnace and air duct cleaning, and chimney cleaning.

Our electric job consist of: New 150 panel - rewire entire house A-Z finishing - LED recess ceiling lights- All finished outlet/switches and plate covers...

It can save you some time checking outlets and switches.

With the growth up here including the Amazon facility and the new outlets there should be lots of potential renters.  

Plus some other repairs such as leaking fridge, floor tiles loose, some outlets not grounded, doors don’t open and close properly.
