Brokers have some sort of sick thinking that clients should be loyal to them, but every broker tells you that every property he has for sale is great for you as long as you are willing to purchase one of the properties he has.Signing an exclusive representative agreement with a broker doesn't limit you to that broker's listings; it merely limits you to transact with that broker — on any transaction listed by any broker (or even off-market).
