It just means you bring less cash to the lawyer or title company and allocate some of that into the Security Deposit account ... it's merely a virtual paper exercise.

I was merely trying to point out that sometimes, it is advantages - perhaps even a better business tactic - to carry a balance.

Brokers have some sort of sick thinking that clients should be loyal to them, but every broker tells you that every property he has for sale is great for you as long as you are willing to purchase one of the properties he has.Signing an exclusive representative agreement with a broker doesn't limit you to that broker's listings; it merely limits you to transact with that broker — on any transaction listed by any broker (or even off-market).

This is never getting any better.The OP is the sole owner of the property and should be the policy holder, not the additional insured.

Buyers agents were fine when I was young and green but now I'm better off without.It is not my intention to be rude, but the mere fact that you created this thread tells me you would benefit from a buyers agent. 

Kind of got me re-motivated.
