@Stephen E.The tenant supplied false data, sure could be fraud, charge a tenant with Fraud, not sure what precedent you want to start where couriers are liable for the information they provide.

I know this is idea could be rife with problems, but a fellow landlord who doesn't have an incentive to hide problems may be a good resource to act as a second pair of eyes for you.

Once an LLC has a charging order against it, or foreclosure on a members interest, it’s just a matter of more legalities to get to series LLC in its path and the owner there is no hiding, and more cost to the defendant landlord/owner attorney they like.
