My head is starting to spin regarding insurance options.

In fact, if you examine Michael Blanks, Brad Sumrocs, Rod Kleifs, etc for apartment syndication, they are largely the same model.

A discussion on the fastest appreciating markets in town would be a very different one, but hopefully this gives a more empirical spin on the conversation.
