Me being in the project management arena for over 40 years as well as programming and integrating systems for many Fortune 500 companies learned that most Businesses from a high level looks and operates pretty much the same.

We would consider ourself a seller lead CRM as our focus, with our process starting with connecting and integrating with your marketing tools (Cold calling dialers, texting platforms, websites like Carrot for example).

We are integrated with VRBO, so all reservations from the VRBO channels - and there are a bunch - come straight into our reservation system along with the direct bookings from our website.  

Not sure how the calendars (bookings) would integrate. 

But then we manage to get a fair amount of globetrotting integrated into our lives.

Amongst the wholesaling community, it is taught to do this with integrity.

So I do investor relations and capital raise for different GPs and have been using investnext (the fundraiser suite) to integrate directly with several operators that I have been working with.

Highly doubtful you'll get your money back from the contractor.Also, the PMC has no integrity, so they need to be replaced.What process did you go through to screen this company?

I would still lean towards an integrated solution.
