Looking to get out of Brandon Turner's "Analysis Paralysis" coined term and really get going in the RE investing world.A little about me is I have been a RE broker for over 3 yrs now,(after ending a career in basketball), experience in both residential and most recently past yr. have been with a commercial firm.

I’m thinking of building a new 4-plex commercial having medical in one, maybe my construction co in another, renting other two to help NOI.

I'll go into the details of why this is, but also offer this self-coined truism as a consolation prize: "You'll never sell your real estate business, so you might as well automate it."

That extra money is allotted to other investments whether it be more real estate, bonds, crypto, stocks, etc..

But also consider financial investments such as stocks, crypto, liens, mortgages, etc.

Covid has brought hard times on people on both sides of the coin, but evictions should at least be case-by-case.

With the Stock and crypto market already falling a lot YTD, im not to sure if right now is the best time to be buying real estate, I may be wrong though, I was planning on buying a home somewhere in Ottawa the beginning of this year, either a single family or condo, im only 20 though, so I do not have any skin in the game, so if anyone with more experience than myself can pitch in, that would be great.

On one side of the coin it took him a bit longer than he wanted but he was able to acquire more than he could have otherwise.

There are places to park your money in crypto and earn 8-12% but when you cash out, you'll have to pay gains taxes on it and since you're looking at short term, I don't think it would be worth it.Keep doing what you're doing.I would stay the course, find ways to cut expenses even more.
