To supplement my income I would help people locate rentals and they slowly began to turn into buyers.

Was doing some research the other day on seed capital options and actually came across some of the offerings by WCAP and called them up and they were able to help me secure some credit which I'm going to use to supplement my other debt options.

The ones I can think of are: allergies (other tenants might be allergic)noise (my bird is the noisy one in our household)property damage (yes, the little dog who is from California, pees in the house sometimes..ugh)Fear (my big dog is 110 pound black lab) of Dogs/Cats/AnimalsFear of lawsuits if the animal hurts someone elseI'd like to discuss what can be done to alleviate these and any other objections as much as possible.  

Having a good income to supplement your investing can give you a huge advantage.

I'm coming here as a supplement of sorts or a resource for anecdotal advice or heck, what do I have to lose by tapping into the community that knows these waters much better than me. 

If you want to supplement the proceeds with cash from other sources so the mortgage is lower that is fine.

We hope to supplement our regular income slightly (maybe paying myself a monthly management fee) while significantly increasing our wealth/retirement.

Good guy:  If I thought her deposit might cover the damages, I'd tell her that you love dogs but some people are allergic and so she must go and If she'll "clean up really good" and can be out in 7 days (or whatever time you choose) you'll give her X dollars. 

Thanks @April Vogt for the advice, do you mind expounding on what you get and maybe more importantly what you don't get when you use a co-host (Account Closed also mentioned supplementing with a co-host).  

We have, on occasion, put in a supplemental window unit if the CHA wasn't able to keep up and it became an ongoing issue.
