Carol Jones and Murney are big names here and both started as small independents, but are affiliated with relos, And both having well over 500 are the best places to start, but after you find out what's going on in the local market, many leave for better paying opportunities.

I thought I saw some affiliate marketing comments when it came to Click2Mail and maybe a few others.

Btw, when someone asks us where we got their name (when it's a pre-foreclosure or mortgage late), we'll generally say, "While we are not affiliated with them, the banks and credit bureaus provide names of people who are late on their mortgage or are in foreclosure in the hopes that people like us can help negotiate a win/win solution."

What's crazy is the challenges if you sell the most B.S. as an affiliate to these digital download systems .

I understand that a program called Python can do something similar and cheaper….but it may require some programming experience (though you can probably hire some IT person through craigslist to do the programming for you).Also, I have no affiliation with mozenda at all.

you know, the one that says something like "Hi, my name is so and so and I am affiliated with a group of investors who buy 5-6 houses a month, blah blah blah"

I get annoyed with the guru-motivational speaking-hustler types that give you half an answer and make you pay for the next half, any guru that promotes a cruise ship seminar or bootcamp for thousands of dollars, guru's who don't actually invest in real estate for their main source of income, guru's who are regurgitating the same material and selling each other's stuff through affiliate programs, and such.I would follow my mentor's guidance and direction, master it, then conquer the world.If I made $20k a month then I would position myself as owner, not owner operator.
