When I see someone's vehicle with a really dirty back window I take my finger and wright this:My genitals are this dirty too.

I have 127 rentals and soon to be 154 (fingers crossed).I've done everything from single families, multi families, commercial, office, triple net and land development. 

Nor could they understand what it's like to have a dead beat tenant stick their finger in their nose and tell you they are going to sue you for everything you've ever worked for and be the future landlord of your building. 

Fingers crossed this one doesn't end up in the same state as my others since they are all still in limbo.

It's the blind leading the blind and  when something goes wrong ( usually does ) they both try to point fingers at each other and claim they were duped!
