Either way, make your checklist, start tackling items one at a time.

I haven't used RentRedi, but I feel like it's a major plus for tackling work orders. 

The Seattle market is something we would like to tackle with house hacking but we both have living experience in the Midwest market where we are buying and it's a lower barrier to entry.

I’ll never go back to using Craigslist.Craigslist is garbage - full of scammers and apartment complexes spamming the site.

Could be run-of-the-mill spam, we think.

Looking at it big picture, it's certainly not a bad time to lay low for a bit and tackle renovation debt before hopping in to the next venture.
