And there was a developer in San Jose named McQuen who built hundreds of 4 plex's that were converted to condos. they were the style were two are ground units 2 upstairs and 4 car parking underneath in the rear. they were selling for 5900.00 a door in the late 70's and there were loan products were you could buy them with 500.00 down and payments were about 250 a month.. but rent was only 200...

The one caveat I'll throw out there is that Schlage puts a sticker on the lock underneath the plastic casing (which is real easy to remove).

To do a temporary fix, just pull out the diswasher and sand the underneath of the countertop with a good 36 grit disk sander until you get to good wood or reach the back of the formica.

Hey @Angie Shires the sqft of the home is 1,593 The grading around the house is pretty level there are no Major slopes that iv noticed around it but the contractor I got the quote From said that since the house has no gutters around it to push the water away from the home its the reason for the rain water sitting underneath it and the reason for moisture that's causing the wood to dry rotIv only had one actual person to come out and look at it and give me a quote but I am in search for other contractors at the moment
