I get the feeling that its inevitable that I would be fielding phone calls and emails throughout the day and could hold up the project without prompt attention and response.

This is largely attributed to low interest rates, which have prompted investors to look for higher yields.

That coupled with the fact that QB support is completely uninformed and unorganized prompted the search, but unfortunately, I can not find any platform that does everything QB does.

I bought a performing note which has been plugging along with prompt payments.

They are your manager after all, and rather than having them sending you emails waiting on approvals all day it makes sense they want the authority to act promptly on smaller issues. 

I did not prompt my girl either that I was going to go manic and drop off the edge of the Earth for a few months while I get this started.

No need to jump through hoops to close, but it can be quick requiring the HOA to act just as promptly.
