I started listening to the pod cast even though I started to get in this 2018, I’m listing to the pod cast from the beginning (2013) I’m almost out of it and will we listening to the 2014 cast) here soon.I work construction, not only am I reading, listening and learning while working, I’m also getting close to people from the investing world and construction world.

then the BUYERS are BP friends and neighbors get sucked into his pod casts and freedom number. 

if there was a loan mod those papers should also be filed with public records.

One of our regular trading partners does loan mods all the time and the last few that we bought from them were loans in which the borrowers defaulted on the loan mod.

I have gotten a lot of good info from Bigger Pockets and love the pod cast

My first concern would be that the "Ponzi pod cast" would give more publicity to the very machine that has caused so much financial pain to so many.

BP is nice but it is just free advice which you need to take with a grain of salt those on the pod cast are just regular folks that all have a seperate agenda to sell something , maybe not all but most, and they are not  Vetted in any way..
