Again, under the idea that a receiver is there because of liability the Owner/Seller had in the first place.Doug mentions it, but I want to highlight it, if the Seller/Owner makes the condition you have to use their due diligence material and that is why the short time frame exists.....RUN!!!!

If you want to get a member's direct attention in a post you're writing first type an @ and then wait for their name to appear below where you're writing, then click on it.If it doesn't have their name highlighted in a blue background it didn't work properly and you should try again.

This is why I highlight how when it comes to finding notes it's all about building relationships with different types of note sellers.From the bottom of page 157 to page 160 I try to detail how that for those looking for institutional notes, rather than searching for banks that will sell individual notes to a retail buyer (which is possible but not likely), potential note investors will have better luck searching for notes through note brokers, loan exchanges, servicers, note funds and other individual note investors.
