Maybe a gift basket, or a Visa Gift card saying "Dinner is on Me" or something.

I'm not putting all my eggs in this basket, but it's interesting to think about and discuss.

Added bonus; all those classes usually count towards a RE license, so I got one of those with little effort.In my experience, the tougher path usually yields the best fruit.

Others have mentioned "signals" that help identify low hanging fruit (e.g., no online presence and w/in 5 miles of superwalmart), but I'm still wondering if their is an intermediary stage in financial analysis before digging into the expenses.

It took me over a year and a half of religiously posting on BP to see the fruits of my labor significantly pay off.

I know investors that approach the MLS and real estate agents and use the strategy of "Wholesaling Lease Options" on properties with sellers who want full market price.Going after MLS properties and For Sale By Owner is the "low hanging fruit" of real estate investing.

All the hard work put in now is a seed that will bear wonderful fruit later.

Briefly- fruit orchards and vineyards,  hydro dams/ electricity generation, block chain / data centers, aerospace supply mfg, etc.
