For labor payment, sending a physical check might take too long, so maybe a bank transfer or venmo could work, that also leaves a electronic paper trail. 

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Are you using anything for leases or electronic payments or just doing paper copies and cash/checks?

Similarly, if TenantCloud would offer credit checks and improve their application and process, it could also be a good one-stop shop.As for electronic payments, I'm using QuickBooks.

Most are set up for electronic receival of docs.Ive seen national title companies but i Would go with a local title company.....especially with the older clients
