As a woman, I can live with smaller closets-  or with an outdoor shed for bulky non-clothing items, non valuable items for storage.  

And all the other active members here in Holland; I've been reading rich dad, poor dad, rich woman ;) and the book from Brandon ow and went to the tony robbins business seminar in Amsterdam.

I saw that on the MLS, super cute house.

Unlike the other cities on the Hudson, it has not recovered - has not become either a commuter city or a cute antiques-and-tourism weekend travel destination.  

Its a cute neighborhood.

I wonder if this woman with 5 kids needs help beyond what she is getting.

The little rental out back is 12' x 24' and kind of cute on the inside.  

Save your future self from having your personal life come tumbling down at the expense of your REI life and budget for property management because as a dad of 3 kids (regardless of special needs), husband of a career woman, and engineer at some firm that always wants more of your time for equal or less pay, you might want to have the option of calling in for assistance in the property management department.
