For one, I totally agree with you that real estate investing is definitely not a "get rich quick" scheme. 

I'm glad we have actual recorded podcasts so the mountain of evidence against you continues to grow.Also, just last Monday another one of your former clients, in addition to your former employee, Josh Atlas, claimed you could be running a tax lien Ponzi Scheme.  

(Slight variation of the scheme - vacation renter pays rent, but falls under L.A. rent control laws.)

If you can show me a deal where 200K+ per unit in the Lehigh Valley is not a bad joke or a money laundering scheme, I will retire from the business.

Don't look to real estate as a get rich quick scheme.

One I painted all white and the others I painted a grey/white color scheme.  

I believe prices will soften, as most predict, but do not see any comparisons to 2008 which resembled a pyramid scheme - any equity gained was taken out and fed back into the overinflated economy.

"Gurus" can be helpful, of course, but I think the vitriol on here comes from the snakeoil vibe that they give off in that they hawk this idea of "completely passive" income and get-rich-quick schemes. 

Definitely helps me understand the importance of an initial inspection, and realize that in the grand scheme of things, it's a drop in the bucket when making a substantial investment.
