There's a race track in county deeds being filed that will falsely trigger addresses to be low equity but it actually is a recent sale with a NEW mortgage. 

This includes 3 bed bug infestations, 7 gas red tags, a broken window from hell that the first 4 window contractors would not touch and the pane replacement was almost $1k (this window is unique with an absurd fire rating).  

I still own the property, but because my interest rate sucks and the taxes are absurd in Cleveland, it only cash flows like $67 a month after reserves.

It can be very harmful to pass along false information regarding the legality issues so please do your research before posting things like this.

So if you say something that is false and that gets you a better rate than you would get if you stated the truth, that would be mortgage fraud.When you apply for a mortgage you are going to be asked about the occupancy of the property. 

He’s never had a flood since I finished my little project…So, it seems that my absurd drainage system is not only draining everything under my house, it’s also draining the entire surrounding area!

That may be a way but I wouldn’t create false information and try to pull a fast one... for one, it would bring you to their alleged level of dealings and would give grounds to show you’re character is no better than theirs if you were caught in the lie.

Many people in real estate falsely call projects "turnkey."
