Try to get a house with schools people want their kids in either because they are good academically or have great sports programs.

Our market is not a vacation market but a regional hub in an otherwise rural area so we get a lot of families visiting family, sports teams for tournaments, etc. that are a good market for return customers and a focused marketing campaign.I was wondering with StayFi a few logistical questions I haven't been able to find answers to elsewhere:  1.

Pittsburgh is a nice city but doesn't has as much going for it as STR locations like the beaches and mountain areas so curious if your STR attracts wedding, job relocations, and/or sports events.Thanks again!

Real estate is for the most part a contact sport....live..on the phone or in person....so learning in person should be part of your training.If you haven't started your licensing training, KW has a new program where you can potentially get your prelicensing training online for free if you plan to join KW after you get your license.   

I like to think of Real Estate as a team sport.

I am usually on the go and busy with kids and sports so something with a simple to use app for me and the tenant is also a plus.
