@Paul Slaght welcome and be careful up there in Junction - if the new president decides to make major military cuts or we get in a new war etc with your proximity to Ft Riley the rentals up there could be cyclical.

If Republicans keep the Senate (more likely than not, IMO) and Dems hold the House (very likely, IMO) then as usual no matter who wins the Presidency we will see political gridlock, blaming and nonsense from both sides, as usual.
