Since your thieves seem to be persistent, I might also try a "Tagg Dog Tracker" -- wireless, battery operated, gps device that your thieves can carry back to their den.  

Basically scammers create a website identical to AirBnB so it looks the same when the tenant is paying for their deposit. 

Just wait until you get past the flakes and onto the thieves, incompetents and conmen, and believe me they are out there and it is only a matter of time until you hit one and they take you for some of your hard earned money.

ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUDthis simply does not exist int he lending world.. only people that fall for this are naive and or just want to believe  or they simply don't know better.The other good one is buying an insurance policy from a company in bangkok  more exotic I guess lures people into these things.. they will steal your identity and take small dollars from you until you figure out you been duped..
