My search more recently just to see what was available looked like this concept has lost the "hot new safe" rental investment marketing that it had a few years ago.I would be cautious of the "french lease back" just because europe isn't from what I've heard the best buy and hold area to invest in, and seems to have very low returns % wise especially with the exchange rate.

There's a scarcity factor in decent areas, and cash flow is generally poor, from what I've found.I'd advise that you be cautious and not t let the FHA financing tempt you into purchasing where the numbers don't work.
