I am planning on taking the Connecticut Real Estate Salesperson course and exam this fall and am trying to come up with an approximate total cost for each of the steps to becoming licensed and affiliated with a broker.Here's what I have so far:The initial costs are approx. When you put a property under contract, you have the right to hire a 3rd party home inspector (the 3rd party part of that is key because you want someone with no affiliation or bias towards the turnkey provider so you can get an accurate, real assessment of the property) to look over the property.

What I do know is there seems to be a lot more people pushing the affiliate links that there are actually using the product.I do know any positive review about Zoomeral reads like an infomercial.And I do know most of the people I trust in this market have told me if it is legit, then it is worth waiting to see if the business model develops into something right.
