Hello community my name is josh I’m looking for an experienced newbie friendly investor in western Massachusetts that would be open to working with someone just getting some traction and is very serious and will do whatever it takes.

Lastly cities in the southern and western United States, like Austin, Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix, and Orlando, have experienced strong population and job growth, making them attractive for real estate investments.

I'm in SE PA, found a property in western PA, about 4-5 hrs away.

New Western

The entire western and southern walls of both apartments were "professionally" replaced sometime in, I suspect, the early 1990s.

I'd be more nervous investing in western ND with the oil boom, but Fargo is a good 4-5 hours drive from that.

I have visited the area as its just an hour north from my comfort zone of Western North Carolina but remain on the fence about the area. 

The market here in Western Washington is also competitive but I’ve helped a number of real estate investors find solid cash flowing rental properties and fix and flips.

I live in Western Washington & home prices are too inflated for me to break in with the financing I would like.

I'm just a 2 hour flight away up in Western Washington.
