Now I am talking surface mold, if it is so bad that framing has to be removed, that is another story entirely.

They appear to be awesome on the surface and offer some great tools, but their sales practices are dishonest. 1.The sales associate Steve Martin told me on the phone that the access to the online portal would not expire on the phone (I even recorded the call).

Atlanta home sales: Trouble beneath the surface?

The inspection revealed a leak in the roof, water in the basement, and some surface mold in the restrooms.

I've found that after I take into consideration my contingencies seemingly good deals on the surface don't look so attractive any more. 

You can see the lot your interested by doing an address search and if you open up the surface features, you can add the existing building footprints in to see if there is actually room for another lot in regards to the house. 

There's a lot of acronyms and I'm just beginning to scratch the surface. 

Moving forward, the whole blurriness of the deal only guarantees that more issues or disputes will surface at some point.
