I’ve just been keeping current while I finish PA school.

For me, taxes and insurance have done nothing but increase over the years, but I've just absorbed the cost because I don't want the extra headaches.

I recently founded a real estate education company where I teach investors across the country the same system. 

Recently found a duplex listed for $75,000 that is currently occupied and $1284 in monthly rent.  

I've just heard nightmare stories about residents who destroy a newly renovated property by being totally unsanitary.

Some days I'll come home after showing a rental in a poorer neighborhood and tell Bill I've just seen the next candidates for Paternity Court.Gail

Hi everyone, I'm still a newbie to the forums and to REI in general, and this week I'm screening my first-ever applicants for an open bedroom in a house I've just started to manage for a family member.

Personally I've just closed on my first investment SFH and plan on purchasing a second one in the next two to three months from saving money over time for the down payments and taking out conventional mortgages for the properties.  

I recently found myself in a situation where owner financing is an option for me to get into my next deal.
