RE is very much a contact sport especially when you are looking to wholesale, birddog or trying to seek partners.

Off the top of my head, it "seems" like a perfect fit, close tot he beach, new outlet mall, restaurants, and it's in Orange County (Disneyland, sports teams, shopping, surfing and more) perfect weather, etc.

Even try making your budget a sport by seeing if you can get through the month after saving $100 first.

Then we've got people further confusing everybody by bringing commercial construction practices into it for some reason, which is another horse of a different color and not really germane to the original conversation at all... but still interesting and hopefully we all learned something nonetheless.

When a fuse blew and I went up to check it out, I found my tenants breeding German Shepherd puppies in a wood shavings pen next to the furnace.  

Great beer, cool bars and restaurants, decent art scene, all the major sports teams, friendly people, hip neighborhoods galore, legal pot, 300 days of summer and oh, the mountains are right there.
