NNN is a Triple net lease.

You can take the funds available and make double or triple that rate if you know how.

Double and triples are my goal.   

Property was my home then a rental and now is tripled in value over the years.

I’ve gotten great deals on SFHs that had great CoC returns and tremendous cash flow and I’ve found great deals on multi family properties that more than tripled my average cash flow per unit per month.
