However, I want to learn about the market, get tours of homes, scope out the neighborhoods, etc.

I’ll probably take one of the tours sooner then later. 

However, I can have a tenant that has had a pet, steam clean the carpet professionally after they more out and, more often or not, applicants who have not had pets will comment about a "doggie" or "cat" smell during the tour.

Aside from matterport, are there any other tools for virtual tours of the property that can be used for marketing?

It's affordable, doesn't require a tour of your physical business location, and as long as you have a specific address and/or owners' names it's really helpful.

I travel a lot for my W2 income so being a full time PM is out of the question but at the least I can help out by video chatting with you for virtual tours, using my 360 camera to build a quick tour, or verifying contractors are actually showing up for work.Let me know if there is anything I can do.

When we have a tour over we will add in that me, the owner needs to be added as an additional insured so I am notified if they cancel it.
