A corollary to my questions:  let's say I have a disability (or not), can I just go out and get myself a dog, get them trained (even though I don't have to subsequently show proof) and then just claim it's a "service dog" and hide under the shroud of the ADA without having to answer anything more than those two questions?

If I am certain that it isn't my problem (ie collapsed drain line or corroded and scaled cast iron) then I pay for the first unclog on a drain and the tenant pays for subsequent unclogs of that same drain.
