The prepayment limit is definitely a gray area in Pennsylvania, its open to interpretation, some DSCR Lenders will originate with PPP under $301k (2023 limit), some wont, some also will do full prepayment if 3+ units.That being said, most DSCR Lenders will allow loans with no prepayment penalty, the rates and/or closing fees will be significantly higher though than if with the standard 5/4/3/2/1

Although the SAFE act was federal, it can be interpreted differently when the local law was passed.For example, NH, which is the Live Free or Die state, has one of the most restrictive SAFE act laws in the nation.
