(At least not in a manner that's easily put into a spreadsheet for an investor.)If anyone in the forum has some ideas with regards to showing the value of this 200 luxury condo package (including the club house, HOA, workout facilities, and land itself), please let me know.I am always grateful for the group's help and support and, more importantly, your insight in these trying times.

We also have an annual Yard Sale that is also a huge event --- residents know that on those 2 occasions (Yard Sale and Festival of Lights) you just hunker up at home because it's hard to get OUT lol due to all the cars.Our school system is wonderful; known for their sports (Heritage Hills) and the elementary schools do so much for the kids ... you don't have that everywhere and as a parent I am just grateful to give that to my children.

I will just knock on wood and feel grateful for having gentle tenants for the time being.All that said, and I will say that I am relatively pleased with the FRP.

So they had a litter etc.Then some cats that were not hers would go through the crawl space grate that was broken.

BUT so grateful to hear your story and definitely puts a lot in perspective.  

If you are willing to share your personal reference I would be very grateful.
