What would you have them or any person/business do, keep their capital in garbage savings/money market accounts because buying things you really don't "need" is "bad"?

This isn't a wall socket or garbage disposal you're installing, a TV is a very personal piece of equipment and the tenant's property, not yours.I would prefer they hire a TV guy to hang their flat panel or at least demonstrate enough DIY knowledge and experience to do it themselves.
